Our TAP01 range of metal door Access Panels have been specifically designed and manufactured in the UK to be a dual purpose (designed for both ceiling or wall application) shallow Access Panel with extending fixing tabs making installation as easy and fast as possible on site.
The TAP01 panel range can be supplied either none or 1 Hour Fire Rated as standard (also available 2 hour fire rated if required) and are manufactured from Zintec Steel with a 0.9mm thick Door and frame. The panels door leaf is hinged by a Fixed Pivot Hinge System as standard and supplied with a budget lock (other lock options available upon request) which is operated by way of a square-headed tee-key (supplied free of charge with the panel).
The TAP01 Access Panel range are supplied Powder Coated in RAL 9010 30% Gloss as standard (other colours available upon request).
This panel range has a Fire Test Certificate up to 1200x600mm in a Ceiling and Wall application. Also available in non fire rated option or with a Beaded Frame as opposed to either the 25mm or 50mm Picture Frame options (other Picture Frame size options available upon request to suit almost any project requirement on site).
If the size requested is outside of the Fire Test size guidelines mentioned above, please do not worry as we are able to offer a wide range of bespoke Fire Rated panels in a range of sizes depending on the requirement.
We are also able to offer all of our bespoke panels with an antibacterial coating to help reduce the spread of germs, making them the ideal addition to any hospital or clean-room projects. If in doubt, please contact our dedicated sales team for further details.
Free Delivery to Mainland UK during normal weekday working hours. Delivery charges may apply to other areas of the UK. Delivery costs will be update at checkout if required.
All bespoke size access panels are made to order and we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days from Order (during weekday working hours only).
All deliveries are made by way of courier and require a signature. Products will usually be delivered between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday only. Please assist us by ensuring that someone will be available to sign for the goods during this time. Please let us know if you have any specific delivery requirements including site restrictions/access requirements to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.
Please note that we cannot guarantee any delivery dates or times and we will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to late deliveries. We recommend that no labour is booked until the goods have been safely received and checked to avoid such losses and inconvenience to you.
