Delivery Delay Update


Due to the continued issues that couriers are encountering arising from COVID cases and associated isolation requirements, as well as driver shortages, we are experiencing some delivery delays. Please be aware that our delivery dates are estimated and no delivery dates or times are guaranteed. We ask that you please allow an extra 24 hours from the anticipated delivery date stated on your Order Acknowledgement, which will be emailed to you once the Order has been processed) . This will allow the courier additional time to hopefully deliver the product(s) to you.

Please note that some of our couriers have now extended their delivery window to between 8:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday. This is to provide them with more time to deliver. If for any reason you are not going to be at the delivery address during this timeframe, then the courier will hopefully either leave you a card or notify us of a failed delivery. We will then communicate with you to arrange redelivery.
