Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Business Update
The health, safety and wellbeing of the Trade Access Panels colleagues, alongside that of our customers, suppliers, drivers and the general public, has constantly been our priority since the outbreak of the Covid-19 Virus. We have closely monitored and followed the advice provided by the Government and we have implemented appropriate steps to help prevent the spread of the Virus.
It is with regret that we advise as from 16:00 on Friday 27th March 2020 we believe the responsible approach is to suspend/reduce trading until further advice is provided by the Government. With immediate effect, our offices and manufacturing department will be closed for bespoke Access Panels, Loft Hatches and Riser Doors. All orders received for stock products will be processed until the time of our temporary closure as standard.
All orders can of course still be placed 24/7 via our website at www.tradeaccesspanels.co.uk and will be processed once we are operational.
If you should have any queries or enquiries then please do not hesitate to contact us by email [email protected] and this inbox will be monitored by Directors during the temporary closure (we will endeavour to respond wherever possible however there may be a slight delay). Alternatively, please call the office on 01922 500145 which will be diverted to the Directors mobiles.
