COVID-19 DELIVERY DELAYS

We continue to closely monitor developments with regard to the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

Trade Access Panels Ltd as a company are following UK Government guidelines.

While the situation is not critical at this stage, this may have an impact on lead times and possible delayed delivery dates due to staffing challenges that may arise for ourselves and/or our suppliers.

We will, if required, again set some of our sales team up to work remotely however this should not result in any disturbances in regard to the service you will receive.

Please be aware that due to Covid-19 we are still unable to guarantee delivery times, whilst we are operating as normal we have been advised by our couriers that they are currently under an immense amount of pressure and therefore their normal levels of service may be effected. Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time.

The health, safety and wellbeing of the Trade Access Panels colleagues, alongside that of our customers, suppliers, drivers and the general public, has constantly been our priority since the initial outbreak of the Covid-19 Virus.  We have closely monitored and followed the advice provided by the Government and we have implemented appropriate steps to help prevent the spread of the Virus.

It is vital that we work together to help the Government fight against this pandemic and get the Country back up and running in the shortest period of time possible.
