Delivery Information

Free Delivery to Mainland UK during normal weekday working hours on all products. Delivery charges may apply to other areas of the UK. Delivery costs will update at checkout if any additional costs are required. If in doubt, then please get in touch.

A signature is required for all deliveries and therefore please assist us by ensuring that someone will be available to sign for the goods. Redelivery costs may be incurred for aborted deliveries.

Almost all deliveries arrive on time however we cannot 100% guarantee a delivery date or time for delivery and we accept no liability for any late deliveries/damaged products, or any associated costs incurred. Please therefore only book your installer after safe delivery of the goods.

If you should have a specific delivery requirement then please get in touch and we will use our best endeavours to try and assist wherever possible.

Access Panels

All stock size Access Panels ordered before 14:30 (Monday – Thursday) will be despatched same day via courier and should be with you within 48 hours (weekday working hours only). Orders placed before 11:00 on Friday will be despatched same day. Orders received after 11:00 on Friday, or over the weekend, will usually be despatched the following Monday. The current lead-time for bespoke Access Panels can be confirmed at point of Order however they are usually delivered within 5-7 working days from receipt of Order (during weekday working hours only).

Loft Hatches

The current lead-time can be confirmed at point of Order however delivery is usually within 5-7 working days from Order (weekday working hours only).

Fakro Loft Hatches

Delivery usually takes place within 2-3 working days from receipt of Order (weekday working hours only).

Flat Glass Rooflights - Coxdome & Brett Martin

Stock sizes are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from receipt of Order (weekday working hours only). Bespoke Flat Glass Rooflights are usually delivered within 20-25 working days from Order however exact lead-time can be confirmed at point of Order.

Polycarbonate Roof Access Hatches -and- Polycarbonate Roof Lights - Coxdome & Brett Martin

All stock size Polycarbonate Roof Lights and polycarbonate Roof Access Hatches are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from receipt of Order (weekday working hours only). Lead-times do vary on some larger sizes so if in doubt then please ask.

Polycarbonate Smoke Vents (AOV)

Delivery usually takes place within 5-7 working days from receipt of Order (weekday working hours only).

Aluminium Roof Hatch & Smoke Vents (AOV)

All stock size aluminium Roof Access Hatches and AOV’s are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from receipt of Order (weekday working hours only). Lead-times do vary on some larger sizes. Bespoke aluminium Roof Access Hatches are usually delivered within 7-10 working days from receipt of Order however exact lead-time can be confirmed at point of drawing approval/sign off and Order.

Sun Tunnels

Delivery usually takes place within 2-3 working days from receipt of Order (weekday working hours only).

Zip Ladders

Delivery usually takes place within 2-3 working days from receipt of Order (weekday working hours only).

Returns Policy

We offer a 30 Day Returns Policy on all stock products and therefore if you should wish to return your product then please ensure that this is carried out within the stated timeframe. Please contact us to request the relevant return address. Once the product is received and checked, we will refund the purchase monies minus any restocking fee, strictly on the proviso that the product is undamaged, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. All bespoke items are non-refundable. Please ensure that you check the Oder Confirmation details thoroughly and advise us of any discrepancies immediately upon receipt thereof to avoid any issues in regard to bespoke products; if issues are not raised within 24 hours of receipt of the Order Confirmation, we accept no liability if the product once received does not fully match your requirements.

Damaged Products

Please check the products thoroughly upon receipt. Any claims for damage are not covered by our couriers Insurance if the delivery is unchecked and signed for. Any damage or deficiencies must be notified to us at [email protected]within 24 hours from receipt of delivery together with photographic evidence of the specific damage.
