These Brett Martin Mardome fixed skylights are the non standard specification non-opening dome rooflights units in the Mardome roof light range. Designed with features to ensure quick and easy installation
Mardome Trade is the first choice flat roof skylights with a range of added
extras to choose from including kerb options to suit almost every project.
We highly recommend that Trickle Vents are added to the Order to help reduce the possibilities of condensation, especially if the Rooflight is to be installed in a kitchen or bathroom area (please note that Trickle Vents cannot be added to the 450x450mm Rooflight). If Trickle Vents are Ordered, they will be installed on the short sides of the PVC Kerb (if not square).
Mardome Trade Fixed Skylights for Flat Roof
Brett Martin Mardome fixed roof light is the standard specification non-opening dome unit in the Mardome roof window range complete with 150mm upstand/kerb as standard.
Stylish, contemporary looks and excellent thermal performance, as triple skin Mardome Trade fixed skylights achieve a centre pane U-value of 1.8 W/m²K.
The clever design of the Mardome roof window is such that the actual fixings/fittings are concealed within security caps which are supplied with the rooflight. The removal of these particular security caps to gain access to the fixings themselves is an extremely difficult task thus making this rooflight range very secure to intruders.
This specification of roof window achieves a Class
B non-fragility rating to ACR(M)001 when new and fully installed in accordance
with Brett Martin Daylight Systems installation Guides.
Features & Benefits of Mardome Fixed Skylights
- Contemporary low rise profile (dome and pyramid options)
- Constant separation of glazing skins across full width of dome including fixing flange
- This avoids cold spots and minimises the risk of condensation

rating – Achieves a Class B-s1, do to BS EN 13501: Part 1, and therefore the

- For ease of installation, the tapered standard sloped kerb foot does not require timber fillets and provides a clean external finish for all roofing types
Please Note: The hole size (structural opening) that needs to be cut for this skylight is the size of the rooflight. i.e 600x600mm rooflight = Hole size of 600x600mm
The daylight size will be 150mm smaller than the Rooflight size (i.e. the 600x600mm rooflight would provide a daylight size of 450x450mm)
