Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your valued Order which was placed with Trade Access Panels.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the Product to us for full refund on the proviso that it is returned to us within a period of 30 calendar days from date of Order. Please note that this only applies to stock Products – any Bespoke or Assembled to Order Products are non-refundable (please note that this includes all Rooflights).

1. Returns

1.1. You have 30 calendar days from the date of your Order to return the Product to us.

1.1.2 The stock Product must be returned to us, at your expense, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. To clarify, all returned items must be in be in new and unused condition.

1.1.3 To return a stock Product, please email Customer Service at [email protected] in the first instance to obtain details of the relevant return address (please note that not all stock Products should be returned to the same address).

1.1.4 You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the Product to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1.1.5 We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your Product and that you take photographs of the Product prior to return to alleviate any issues with the Courier should the Product arrive back damaged in transit.

2. Refund

2.1 Once we have received the Product back, we will inspect the Product and on the proviso that it is undamaged and in a resalable condition, we will refund the purchase monies to you via the same method as the original purchase was made as soon as possible, but within 5 working days from receipt of the return of the Product. Depending on the Payment method, the funds will clear within 2-5 working days thereafter.

2.2 We will immediately notify you of the status of the refund once the Product has been inspected.

2.3 If the Product should arrive back damaged in transit, we will inform you accordingly. In this circumstance, no refund will be provided to you and we would recommend that you seek advice from the Courier in regard to possible compensation for the damaged.

2.4 To reiterate, no Bespoke Made to Order or Assembled to Order Product may be returned under any circumstances (please note that this includes all Rooflights). If in doubt, please contact Customer Services on 01922 500145 prior to placement of Order.
