Description
Manufactured from 3mm thick high impact styrene plastic with U.V stabilizers which will not fade or corrode. White textured surface to allow for painting over. The flush plastic door has a 25mm wide plastic frame with a simple pin hinge to allow the door to be completely removed. Opens using a coin or flat head screwdriver. Available from small to medium, sizes:- 102 x 152mm, 152 x 228mm, 203 x 203mm, 300 x 300mm, 355 x 355mm, 558 x 558mm. ** 558x558mm not suitable for ceilings**)

Please note that on installation of the access panel, the actual size of the structural opening in the ceiling/wall needs to be 5mm larger than the overall panel size eg. Structural opening for 102 x 152 would need to be 107 x 157 (See sizes below).

You can use silicone to secure the plastic access panel in place.

We do. We can provide non-fire rated, one hour and two hour fire rated Access Panels sizes (in stock). We can also provide bespoke Access Panels with up to 4 hour fire rating together with bespoke panels which are fired rated from both sides. We do not provide Fire Rated Plastic Access Panels.
8290 - Can I have an airtight Access Panel?
We can make Air Tight Access Panels however these are more costly than the standard Access Panels. Our airtight Access Panels have an Airtight Rating tested in accordance with EN 1634-3:2004
8291 - Can I have a Plastic made-to-measure Access Panel
We do not offer a Plastic made to measure Access Panels; nor do we offer Fire Rated Plastic Access Panels.
